This policy explains how ScaleReach Media ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit scalereachmediaph.com or contact us. We keep data collection to a minimum.
Who we are
We are the controller of the personal data described below.
What we collect
- Analytics data (only if you accept cookies): pages viewed, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, referring site, and how you interact with the page. This is collected by Google Analytics and is not used to identify you personally.
- Booking and enquiry details: if you book a call through Cal.com or email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us.
- Technical logs: our hosting provider (Netlify) may process your IP address and request details to deliver the site securely.
We do not collect payment details through this site, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Cookies
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you allow analytics cookies. Nothing is sent to Google Analytics until you click Accept. If you click Decline, no analytics cookies are set.

How we use your data
- To understand how the site is used and improve it (analytics, with your consent).
- To respond to enquiries and run booked calls.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Our legal bases are your consent (analytics cookies), our legitimate interests (running and securing the site, replying to enquiries) and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We use these service providers, who process data on our behalf:
- Google Analytics (Google) – website analytics, with your consent.
- Cal.com – booking calls.
- Netlify – website hosting.
Some of these providers are based outside the Philippines, the UK and the EU (for example in the United States), so your data may be transferred internationally. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account (no longer than 14 months). Enquiry and booking details are kept for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting work, then deleted or archived.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, Philippine Data Privacy Act, Australian Privacy Act and California law), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, withdraw consent at any time, and receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these, email us at scalereachmediaph@gmail.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the Philippines National Privacy Commission.
